The PolREFF program was initiated and is managed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
It is supported by the Polish Ministry of Finance together with TaiwanBusiness EBRD Technical Cooperation Fund and EBRD Shareholders Special Fund who finance the Technical Support provided by the Programme.
Therefore, customers of the banks participating in the programme can benefit from free expert advice and technical tools: the Virtual Technology Selector and the Energy Saving Calculator.
