The Polish Residential Energy Efficiency Financing Facility (PolREFF) offers funding for investments to reduce energy consumption in residential buildings. Loans can be obtained from banks participating in the programme.
PolREFF engineers have selected and verified energy-saving technologies and made them available on the Technology Selector (TS). All equipment on the Technology Selector meets the technical parameters required by the Clean Air and Tax Relief Programme, which means that the borrower can count on both tax relief and subsidies (subject to meeting all other requirements)
By choosing a loan offered by one of the banks participating in the PolREFF programme, you can count on a grant under two national programmes: Czyste Powietrze and Moj Prad
All energy-saving products visible on the Technology Selector (TS) are eligible for the Tax Relief programme
